What is the minimum order for custom jewelry?
One piece. We regularly make single rings for designers doing product photography, and small batches of 5–20 for new brands testing the market.
How long does a custom order take?
CAD render within 24 hours. Silver sample approval takes 3–5 days. Final production 10–20 days depending on quantity. Shipping adds 3–7 days.
Can you match a design I saw elsewhere?
Yes. Send photos from any angle. We will tell you honestly whether we can reproduce it, and what it will cost, before you commit.
Do you support private label and branded packaging?
Yes. Your logo on the inside of the band, custom boxes, printed cards. Tooling fees are one-time and waived above volume tiers.
What if the piece arrives and something is wrong?
Tell us within 7 days with photos. We remake or refund, no questions. In-house QC already catches most issues before packing.
